Most of my sculpture ideas come from an appreciation for nature and my sense of humor. In my view art should be accessible and understandable. It should brighten your day, yet give a moment of pause .... a time to be distracted from the days issues guilt free.

Some of the work comes from special requests. These pieces are enjoyable to create because I get to work closely with the client to give them a unique product.

Over the last few years I have felt a need to express my "feelings" through the abstract. These works derive from my life experiences at the moment .... joy .... sadness .... death .... experiencing an event .... meeting new people or maybe saying good bye.  For me each piece has special meaning and comes from deep within. Its my hope that you will look at these pieces not as abstract work but as "emotions caught in steel" and attach a special meaning of your own.  Unlike my nature and animal pieces that are made in multiples, these pieces are limited editions.
